Takas.lk Redesign
Leading a team through a usability analysis and redesign of an e-commerce platform, for the Human-Computer Interaction module.
I led a team through a usability analysis of Takas.lk, a Sri Lankan e-commerce platform, for our Human-Computer Interaction module. We ran contextual inquiries, rated what we found by severity, and each took a set of pages.
Mine was the user research, interviewing people about the existing design, and the three pages I redesigned against what they told us.
